Hideo Kojima’s Stealth-Action Project Physint Gets Cybernetic Poster and Global Cast

Kojima Productions Reveals First Physint Poster and Cast During 10th Anniversary

Hideo Kojima has never shied away from ambition, and his studio Kojima Productions is currently splitting its focus between two major projects. Alongside the Xbox-backed horror game OD, Kojima is also developing Physint, a stealth-action project with Sony Interactive Entertainment that he describes as the culmination of his career in game design.

First Poster Reveals Cybernetic Hero

As part of Kojima Productions’ 10th anniversary celebrations, fans were treated to the first glimpse of Physint‘s visual identity. A debut poster shows the game’s protagonist armed with a firearm — but the most striking detail is the character’s bionic right arm, replacing a human hand.

This cybernetic feature hints at a fusion of futuristic technology and classic espionage themes, aligning Physint more with speculative sci-fi than the grounded tones of Kojima’s past stealth titles.

International Cast Confirmed

Kojima also confirmed an international cast that will headline the project. The announced lineup includes:

  • Charlee Fraser
  • Don Lee (Train to Busan, Marvel’s Eternals)
  • Minami Hamabe

Though their specific roles remain secret, Kojima revealed an in-engine render of Hamabe’s character, showcasing new hairstyles and aesthetics tailored to Physint‘s world. The announcement underscores Kojima’s ongoing focus on cinematic presentation and global appeal.

Release Details Still Unclear

First revealed in January 2024, Physint remains largely shrouded in mystery. Neither Sony nor Kojima Productions has provided concrete release details or confirmed platforms. For now, fans are left to speculate on when the next major update will arrive — and how this next game will carry forward Kojima’s legacy in stealth action.
