Ubisoft Celebrates Rainbow Six Siege’s 10th Anniversary at gamescom asia x TGS 2025

Fireside Chat With Alexander Karpazis

Ubisoft is bringing a packed lineup to gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2025, running from October 17–19 in Bangkok. The highlight is a fireside chat with Alexander Karpazis, Creative Director of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, scheduled for Thursday, October 16.

Entitled “10 Years of Siege: Evolving a Global Tactical Phenomenon”, the session will see Karpazis reflect on Siege’s decade-long journey—from its launch to the recent Siege X update. The talk will cover how the game has evolved through continuous updates, community engagement, and localisation efforts across APAC, offering fans an inside look at how a tactical shooter became a global staple.

Consumer Booth Activities

At the Ubisoft @ Intel Booth (E1 & E2), fans can try out hands-on demos of:

Anno 117: Pax Romana – Early gameplay of Ubisoft’s upcoming city-builder.
Rainbow Six Siege Experience Zone – Tactical challenges and live stage matches.
Just Dance 2026 – Show off your moves for a chance to win SanDisk prizes.
Morbid Metal – A playable demo of the shape-shifting action game.

Other highlights include cosplay meet-and-greets with popular Siege Operators (Aruni, Tachanka, Caviera, Ela) and exclusive Ubisoft merchandise giveaways.

Custom PC Giveaway

Ubisoft will also host a Siege X Custom PC competition, giving attendees the chance to win an Intel-powered custom build. Fans can enter by snapping a photo at the Siege X booth and posting it to Ubisoft SEA’s Facebook page. The winner will be announced on October 28 2025.

Esports Action on Stage

Rainbow Six Siege will dominate the esports schedule with:

Creator Showmatch – Fan-favourite gaming creators face off on Saturday, October 18
Dualfront 6v6 Walk-In Trials – Open-stage battles for attendees across all three days.
Rainbow Six Siege Esports Tournament – The best regional teams compete in an elimination bracket, with the top four advancing to the Thailand Game Show Finals. Interested parties can sign up here.

The semifinals will be held on October 17, leading to the Grand Final on October 19, where the champion will be crowned.
