Roll for Initiative — Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons Battlemarked Launches November

Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked Arrives This November

Resolution Games and Wizards of the Coast have announced that Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked will officially launch on November 20. The tactical strategy crossover blends the lore of Dungeons & Dragons with the award-winning mechanics of Demeo, promising epic quests, fast-paced tactical battles, and an accessible co-op experience across Steam, PlayStation, and Meta Quest.

“Wizards of the Coast is ushering in an all-new era of Dungeons & Dragons video games, and we’re eager for fans to experience Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked,” said Damon Baker, VP of Digital Licensing for Wizards of the Coast.

Steam Next Fest Demo in October

Players won’t have to wait until launch to try it out. A special demo of Battlemarked will be available exclusively during Steam Next Fest from October 13–20, 2025. The demo features fragments of two quests from the game’s first campaign.

Adventurers can choose from four playable characters: Bolthrax, the dragonborn paladin; Tibby, the halfling sorcerer; Jessix, the human ranger; and Ash, the tiefling rogue. The quests include defending against a goblin ambush in Neverwinter Wood and exploring a hostile Myconid colony. Completing both demo scenarios will unlock exclusive skins for Battlemarked’s in-game 20-sided dice.

Two more heroes — Tharok the dwarf fighter and Lyria the elf bard — will join the roster at full launch.

A Fresh Take on D&D Strategy

Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked reimagines D&D through the lens of Demeo’s turn-based action role-playing system. Designed for quick sessions but built with depth, the game emphasises strategic co-op play, narrative-driven quests, and iconic D&D spells and classes reinterpreted in a new format.

The result is an experience meant to appeal to both veterans of tabletop adventures and newcomers to tactical RPGs.
