Lady Gaga, Dua Lipa, and Bluey Join the Party in Just Dance 2026
Ubisoft has officially launched Just Dance 2026 Edition, the latest entry in its long-running music game franchise. Available now on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, the new edition is also playable on Nintendo Switch 2 through backwards compatibility. Each copy includes a one-month subscription to Just Dance+, while the Deluxe and Ultimate Editions offer three- and twelve-month extensions, respectively.
Developed by Ubisoft Paris, Just Dance 2026 continues the series’ tradition of combining chart-topping hits with family-friendly fun, this time with more songs, modes, and motion-control innovations than ever. A new launch trailer celebrates the game’s release, inviting players to hit the dance floor to the beat of 40 new tracks.
40 New Tracks Across Genres
The 2026 tracklist is a colourful mix of pop anthems, classics, and modern hits. Highlights include Abracadabra by Lady Gaga, APT by Rose and Bruno Mars, Houdini by Dua Lipa, Good Luck, Babe! by Chappell Roan, Feather by Sabrina Carpenter, and Viva la Vida by Coldplay. The game also features Bluey Medley, a crossover with BBC Studios and Ludo Studio’s Bluey, letting players dance alongside the beloved Australian Heeler family.
Ubisoft says the Bluey collaboration embodies the joy of movement and togetherness that defines both franchises. It’s a partnership that signals the game’s continued focus on accessibility and family play — a key reason for the franchise’s lasting success.

Party Mode Brings a New Kind of Chaos
The most significant addition this year is Party Mode, where up to six players can take part in Dr. Gigavolt’s bizarre rhythm experiments. Each round introduces random challenges — from visual disruptions to surprise dance modifiers — designed to test timing, reflexes, and adaptability.
Party Mode’s versatility means it can be enjoyed by both newcomers and veterans, with customisable session lengths and difficulty settings. It also supports every track from Just Dance 2023 onwards, including content from Just Dance+, giving players a massive playlist to explore.
Camera Controller Moves Out of Beta
After debuting in beta last year, the Camera Controller feature officially launches in Just Dance 2026. With the Just Dance Controller App, players can transform their smartphone into a motion-tracking device, enabling full-body recognition without the need to hold the phone. The system compares players’ movements against on-screen choreography, awarding higher scores for accuracy.
The feature is currently single-player only and supports devices running iOS 14.4 or Android 9 and above. Ubisoft says it represents the next step in creating a “hands-free” Just Dance experience that keeps up with evolving technology and play habits.
Returning Favourites and Fitness Features
Returning modes include Workout Mode, which tracks calories burned, Local Multiplayer for up to six players, and Challenge Mode for competitive online dancing. Combined with the hundreds of extra songs available through Just Dance+, Just Dance 2026 delivers the franchise’s most feature-packed edition yet.
With modern pop icons joining timeless hits, and Bluey bringing extra charm for younger players, Ubisoft’s latest entry proves that even after more than a decade, Just Dance remains one of the most fun ways to gamify dancing or just goofing off.
