Tackles Stains with the Dyson Washg1, a Dedicated Wet Floor Cleaner

When it comes to household cleaning, the Dyson brand has certainly dominated much of the conversation, especially for those who are more tech-savvy and into aesthetically pleasing equipment to help with the heavy lifting. Now, with the new Dyson WashG1, not even stains will be a problem.

The brand’s first dedicated wet floor cleaner is a step up from the Dyson V12s Detect Slim Submarine, which utilises the Submarine wet roller head to wash hard floors. The Dyson WashG1, on the other hand, is designed just to tackle the wet stuff. The 1-litre water tank is supposed to cover up to 290m2 of floor space on a single charge, and users will be able to tweak the hydration levels required for specific floor types or even debris to be cleaned.

This means that whether it be spilt wine, soft drinks, or even pet waste, the machine will be able to handle each situation effectively. The inclusion of a built-in 500-micro mesh filter and removable debris tray enhances the tool further, making it possible to separate the dirty water from any solid debris.

Those dreading the cleaning process will be happy to know that cleaning the tank will be an easy enough affair, and with the Dyson WashG1’s self-cleaning mode that flushes out residue and cleans out the rollers, you will always be ready whenever the need arises. The lack of a vacuum motor also ensures that this device is much lighter compared to its bigger cousins, making it easy to glide under furniture to get to those hard-to-reach places.

If that’s exactly what you have been searching for, the Dyson WashG1 will be available online and at retail starting in July 2024, priced at S$1,199. You can also sign up at the official website to be amongst the first to be notified when it becomes available.
