Sovereign Tower Brings Arthurian Management Chaos to PC in August 2026
Independent developer WILD WITS has officially unveiled Sovereign Tower, a narrative-driven Round Table management RPG inspired by Arthurian legend. The studio has partnered with publisher Curve Games to bring the game to PC in August 2026.
Set within a deliberately off-kilter medieval fantasy kingdom, the game places players in the role of a newly crowned sovereign tasked with managing an unruly court, eccentric knights, and a realm that can just as easily spiral into disaster as it can flourish.
Managing Knights, Egos, and a Fragile Kingdom
At its core, Sovereign Tower is a management RPG built around decision-making, character relationships, and consequence. Players must recruit and oversee a roster of knights, each with their own personalities, strengths, weaknesses, and inflated egos.
Quests range from the mundane to the absurd, including resolving minor civic disputes or tackling supernatural crises. Success depends on matching the right knight to the right task, while also keeping an eye on public opinion, kingdom resources, and internal court politics.

Poor decisions can quickly snowball into instability, forcing players to deal with the fallout of failed missions, disgruntled subjects, or feuding champions.
Rewinding Time Through Dark Deals
When a reign collapses entirely, Sovereign Tower introduces a narrative twist. Players are able to strike a bargain with a demon to rewind time and begin their rule anew. Each reset preserves knowledge of previous outcomes, unlocking new dialogue options and alternative narrative paths.
This looping structure allows players to experiment with different leadership styles, pursue forbidden relationships, and gradually uncover the deeper secrets of the kingdom and its inhabitants.
A New Direction
Creative and Art Director Gobert described Sovereign Tower as a natural evolution of the studio’s previous work, blending humour, narrative depth, and player agency into a new format. Curve Games echoed that sentiment, highlighting the game’s distinctive tone and character-driven chaos as a strong fit for its publishing lineup.
For players eager to try the game early, WILD WITS has released a free first-look build of Sovereign Tower on itch.io. The demo offers roughly an hour of gameplay, providing a snapshot of its narrative tone, management systems, and character-driven design.
