Lost and Found Co. Delayed as PC Launch Moves to March

A Short Delay for Final Polishing of Lost and Found Co.

The upcoming PC release of Lost and Found Co. has been delayed slightly. The development team, Bit Egg Inc., has confirmed that the game’s PC launch has moved from its original February 11 date to March 6.

According to the studio, the decision was made after internal discussions revealed that a bit more time was needed to ensure the game meets its intended quality bar. While the project is described as nearly complete, the extra weeks are being used to apply final polish and smooth out the overall experience.

Quality Over Speed at Launch

The developers acknowledged that many players have been eagerly awaiting the Steam release, especially following the game’s earlier announcements and demo coverage. However, the team believes that delaying the launch of Lost and Found Co. by a few weeks will yield a more stable and refined first impression.

Rather than risking a rushed release, the studio has opted to prioritise a smoother launch experience, positioning the delay as a preventative measure rather than a response to major development issues.

Additional Updates Planned Ahead of Release

To maintain momentum leading up to the new release date, the team has confirmed that new GIFs showcasing upcoming levels will be shared over the coming weeks. These previews are intended to give players a closer look at the environments and progression awaiting them when the game finally launches on Steam.

And if there’s really an urge to get a taste of the game, a demo is currently available. Players can try out their hand at the Cat Café level or start customising in Ducky’s Room.

Lost and Found Co. is now scheduled to release on PC via Steam on March 6, 2026. No other platform plans were mentioned in the latest update.
