Plaud NotePin S Arrives in Singapore, Bringing Wearable AI Notes to Meetings and Commutes

Plaud Expands AI Note-Taking Platform With NotePin S in Singapore

Plaud has officially expanded its AI note-taking ecosystem in Singapore with the launch of Plaud NotePin S alongside Plaud Desktop, positioning the platform as a unified solution for capturing in-person conversations, phone calls, and online meetings. The announcement marks the local availability of the wearable device following its debut at CES 2026.

Marketed as the world’s most wearable AI note-taker, NotePin S is designed for professionals who move between meetings, commutes, and hybrid work environments. The launch follows the Plaud Note Pro’s earlier arrival in Singapore and reinforces Plaud’s ambition to create a single workflow that bridges physical and digital conversations.

A Wearable Designed for Real-World Workflows

The NotePin S focuses heavily on ease of use and discretion. At just 17.4 grams without its magnetic pin, the device is built to be worn throughout the day using interchangeable accessories including a magnetic pin, clip, wristband, and lanyard. This modular approach allows users to switch how they wear the device without additional purchases.

A tactile record button sits at the centre of the design, enabling users to start recording instantly by pressing and holding, stop with a second press, or highlight key moments with a short tap. The goal is to keep users present in conversations without needing to reach for a phone or open an app. Dual MEMS microphones are tuned for real-world environments, extending usability beyond quiet meeting rooms.

Plaud NotePin S Use Case

One Platform for In-Person, Calls, and Online Meetings

NotePin S integrates directly with the broader Plaud Platform, which includes the Plaud App, Plaud Desktop, and Plaud Web. Conversations recorded via the wearable or desktop application are synchronised across devices and can be transcribed, summarised, and organised using Plaud Intelligence.

Plaud Desktop expands the platform’s reach into online meetings and computer-based conversations, allowing users to manage recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries in a single place. This unified approach positions Plaud as an alternative to fragmented note-taking setups that rely on multiple tools for different contexts.

Pricing, Availability, and Retail Presence

The Plaud NotePin S is now available in Singapore at a recommended retail price of SG$249. The device can be purchased through Plaud’s official website, major online marketplaces including Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, and KrisShop, as well as physical retailers such as Best Denki, Challenger, Courts, Harvey Norman, Metapod, Popular, and Parisilk.

With more than 1.5 million users globally since 2023, Plaud continues to cement its position as an AI work companion that combines hardware and software, built around productivity, privacy, and secure data handling.
