Cleaning Up! Sets April Release Across PC and Consoles
Unbound Creations has confirmed that Cleaning Up! will launch on April 15 for PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch with Nintendo Switch 2 compatibility, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. The release date was announced during the latest Indie Fan Fest.
The cosy cleaning simulator places players in the role of an aspiring Cleaning Gig Worker tasked with transforming cluttered, chaotic spaces into spotless, comfortable environments.
From Haunted Mansions to High-Stakes Museums
Cleaning Up! centres on a simple but satisfying loop: scrub, sweep and vacuum every trace of mess from a variety of themed locations. Players accept jobs through the in-game Clyner App, which sends them to locations such as dusty haunted mansions and pristine art museums left in disarray.

Each job presents its own twist. In the haunted mansion, players must avoid mischievous ghosts while restoring the property to its former glory. Meanwhile, museum clean-ups demand careful navigation, as knocking over priceless artefacts can create further mess and cost players their perfect five-star rating.
Tools, Upgrades and Replayable Challenges
To tackle these tasks, players have access to a range of tools, including vacuums, spray devices, mops and brooms. As progress is made, equipment can be upgraded, new outfits unlocked, and higher scores pursued across revisited stages.
The game emphasises intuitive controls and satisfying feedback, aiming to deliver the calming gratification of tidying real-world spaces without the real-world effort.
Unbound Creations, known for titles such as Just Crow Things and Rain on Your Parade, describes Cleaning Up! as a relaxing experience designed for players seeking a low-pressure, cosy gameplay loop. Judging from the trailer, it definitely appears that way, and it will be one to look out for if you are hoping for a chill time.
Cleaning Up! arrives on April 15, 2026, across PC and consoles.
