Zenless Zone Zero Launches Globally on July 4

The wait is finally over. HoYoverse has officially dated the much-awaited urban fantasy action roleplaying game, Zenless Zone Zero, for July 4, launching simultaneously on PlayStation 5, PC, and on mobile for iOS and Android devices. In addition, players can look forward to both cross-progression and cross-play upon release, ensuring a synchronised gaming experience for all across multiple platforms.

Targeting both veterans and newcomers to the genre alike, the combat is undoubtedly the main element of Zenless Zone Zero that will catch the attention. Set in a post-apocalyptic world where supernatural disasters called Hollows have destroyed modern society, New Eridu, the last remaining city, has risen against the odds during this devastating catastrophe and has become the last remnant of contemporary civilization.

In the story, players assume the role of a Proxy who guides adventurers in the unpredictable Hollows. Together with unique characters encountered along the way, players will explore Hollows, face enemies, complete commissions, and unravel the mysteries behind New Eridu. Expect to experience “vivid narrative storytelling, unique art and music design, as well as its immersive experience of urban life.”

The game’s final closed beta will reach its conclusion at 11:59 PM GMT+8, following which the team will focus fully on the global launch in July. With over 35 million global pre-registrations already, there is plenty of anticipation for the game. For those who have not yet joined the movement, you can still pre-register via the PlayStation Store, Google Play, App Store, and Epic Games Store.

Once Zenless Zone Zero launches, the early birds will receive rewards for their support, including up to 20 Master Tapes, which can be used to obtain rare characters, the playable Agent Corin, 30,000 Dennies, and Boopons, an in-game item used to obtain rare Bangboo.

Zenless Zone Zero will launch on the PS5, PC, iOS and Android on July 4, 10:00 AM GMT+8.
