HONOR X9e Pro Singapore Launch Puts Battery Life Front and Centre
HONOR has launched the HONOR X9e Pro in Singapore, pushing its mid-range X Series further with an 11,000mAh battery, stronger drop and water protection, and prices starting from SG$499.
That battery is the clearest upgrade over last year’s HONOR X9d, jumping from 8,300mAh to 11,000mAh. What makes the capacity more interesting is the size around it. The X9e Pro measures 8.08mm thick and weighs 203g, considerably different from the bulky dimensions normally associated with enormous batteries. Battery life has increasingly become a recurring HONOR strength, something we also found when testing the premium HONOR Magic V6 and HONOR Magic8 Pro.
Tougher Against Drops and Water
Durability is the other major pillar. It follows a similar emphasis on durability seen across HONOR’s recent hardware, including the HONOR 600 Series Singapore launch, although the X9e Pro pushes that pitch much more aggressively.
120Hz Display and 108MP Camera Round Out the Hardware
On the front is a 6.8-inch 1.5K display running at up to 120Hz, with HONOR claiming peak brightness of up to 10,000 nits.
Photography is handled by a 108MP main camera with OIS and EIS, while the Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 powers the phone. AI Zoom Enhancement, AI Night Enhancement, AI Portrait Enhancement and Live Photo are also included, alongside HONOR’s eye comfort features and support for touch input with damp or gloved hands.
The imaging focus continues HONOR’s broader push towards AI-assisted photography, also seen with the HONOR 400 Series.
HONOR X9e Pro Starts From S$499
The HONOR X9e Pro comes in Royal Purple, Reddish Brown, Dawn Gold and Midnight Black. Pricing starts at SG$499 for the 128GB model after rebate, rising to SG$629 for 256GB and SG$799 for 512GB.
