WORK WORK WORK Prologue Arrives on Steam October 8
Mojiken Studio and Toge Productions are giving players an early look at Work Work Work this week, with a standalone prologue launching on Steam on October 8. Previously revealed during Toge Productions’ anniversary celebrations alongside updates for games including Coffee Talk Tokyo, Work Work Work is the next project from the Indonesian studio behind A Space for the Unbound.
The upcoming prologue introduces the opening portion of its unsettling workplace mystery, putting players in the role of Worker 101, an employee at the mysterious Triquetra Company.
Clocking In at Triquetra Company
At first glance, Triquetra looks like another corporate workplace, but that illusion doesn’t last long. Employees answer to mysterious entities known as the Three Directors, while Worker 101 completes assignments and solves puzzles based on instructions delivered through a virtual assistant.
The setup leans heavily into the game’s strange corporate atmosphere, with routine office work gradually giving way to something far more unsettling. A new trailer for Work Work Work offers another look at Triquetra Company and some of the increasingly unusual situations Worker 101 will encounter.
Full Release Still Undated
The prologue will let players experience the beginning of the story ahead of the full game’s eventual release. Mojiken Studio and Toge Productions have not yet announced a release date or window for the complete version, making the Steam prologue the first chance to see how its puzzles, workplace routines, and psychological mystery fit together.
For anyone familiar with Mojiken’s more emotionally driven work on A Space for the Unbound, Work Work Work looks like a noticeably stranger follow-up, swapping small-town introspection for the existential dread of clocking into a company where the bosses may be the least normal thing about the job.
