EA has officially revealed the Top 26 Men’s and Women’s Player Ratings for EA Sports FC 26, setting the stage for heated community debates ahead of the game’s launch.

This year sees a major shake-up at the top of the lists. For the first time, Mohamed Salah claims the number one spot in the men’s ratings, earning an overall score of 91. He shares the lead with Kylian Mbappé, one of the franchise’s perennial cover stars. On the women’s side, Alexia Putellas and Aitana Bonmatí make history by jointly taking the crown at 91 OVR.

Rising Stars and Big Upgrades

Among the most notable changes is Lamine Yamal, who breaks into the men’s Top 10 with the single biggest rating increase of the year: +8 compared to FC 25. Other significant movers include:

Raphinha (+5) and Achraf Hakimi (+5), making the men’s Top 10 for the first time.
Mariona (+5), Alessia Russo (+4), and Alex Greenwood Shaw (+3), who surged into the women’s Top 10 rankings.

These upgrades highlight the shift in global football talent, with younger players becoming a bigger force on this year’s virtual pitch.

As with previous years, EA is inviting fans and footballers to weigh in on the ratings across official FC social channels or the Ratings Database. Once the full database goes live on September 12, fans can voice whether they believe ratings in EA Sports FC 26 are accurate or in need of adjustment.

EA Sports FC 26 releases on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2 this September 26, with Early Access starting on September 19.
