Physical conventions and shows may have seen digital presentations encroach on their traditional place in the gaming industry, but there is still something exciting about seeing games in person. For those in Asia, this October will see Gamescom Asia join hands with Thailand Game Show, moving from its Singapore base to Bangkok to celebrate all things gaming.

With such a move to a more established space, that means consumers and business visitors will expect more, and it seems like we won’t be disappointed.

For the B2B portion of the show, Dead Space and The Callisto Protocol creator Glen Schofield will be leading the charge and sharing more about creative inspiration and the art of making games. In total, visitors can expect to hear from more than 70 speakers from across 20 countries, including:

Ubisoft’s Alex Karpazis (Rainbow Six: Siege X, Far Cry 5, and more)
Gearbox’s Fleur Marty (Far Cry, and more)

As for the consumer portion, there will be plenty of games to enjoy. Publishers and studios alike will be gracing the show, showcasing new and existing titles to get you ready for even more gaming goodness.

The list includes 4Divinity, Amazing Seasun, Bandai Namco Entertainment, Capcom, Daedalic Entertainment, HoYoverse, Mytona, Nintendo, Razer Game Services, Staika, The Pokémon Company, Ubisoft, Ukiyo Studios, VNGGames & NCV Games, Thermite Games and Xbox, among many.

And sticking to tradition, there is also going to be a Street Fighter 6 tournament bringing together some of Southeast Asia’s best fighting competitors, a cosplay competition, and more activities that will be announced at a later time.

The Gamescom Asia x Thailand Game Show 2025 will take place from October 16 to 19 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Bangkok, Thailand.
