Classic Haunting Strategy Returns in Ghost Master: Resurrection
After twenty years in the dark, developer Mechano Story Studio has revealed Ghost Master: Resurrection, a full remake of the cult supernatural strategy game. The game will launch in March 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch, with physical editions releasing for PlayStation 5 and Switch.
The PC version, published by Strategy First, is already available through Steam Early Access and will release its full Version 1.0 update in March, coinciding with the console launch.
Physical Editions Include Additional DLC
Published by U and I Entertainment, the boxed PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch versions are now available to pre-order. These editions include four DLC packs that add new levels, modes, and mechanics to the haunting experience.
The four DLC packs are:
- DLC 1: Until Dawn
Explore Elm Street through the Until Dawn game mode. - DLC 2: Ghosts Adrift
Haunt Neibolt Street in Random mode. - DLC 3: Ghostly Defence
Defend Ocean Avenue with the expanded Defence mode and its new Pets System. - DLC 4: Ashes and Abyss
Confront new spectres, Bathys and Pyro, across the Marine and Gas Station levels.
Players who purchase the digital version of Ghost Master: Resurrection on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, or Switch will receive DLC 1 and DLC 2 automatically at launch.

Ghost Master: Resurrection has been rebuilt to meet modern standards while preserving the original game’s spirit. The remake uses a new engine, updated visuals, refined mechanics, and contemporary storytelling enhancements.
Players command an eclectic group of ghosts, banshees, and ghouls while attempting to scare the citizens of Gravenville across a series of supernatural puzzles and tactical missions.
