We have known for a while that Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut will soon be gracing PCs everywhere, bringing the excellent adventures of the Sakai Clan and Jin Sakai to another platform. Those looking forward to experiencing the game for the first time got more details via the PlayStation Blog, but there was also some intriguing news for console players.
Nixxes Software, the first-party studio behind the port, gave more details about the new PlayStation Overlay as part of the update. This new user interface on PC lets users integrate their PSN profiles with the PC ecosystem. This means Friends List, activities, and even Trophies are coming along for the ride.

“While playing the game, you can earn PlayStation Trophies just like on PlayStation consoles. Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut on PC shares the same Trophy set as the game on PlayStation 5 consoles. In addition, the PC version also has full support for Achievements on Steam and the Epic Games Store,” said Julian Huijbregts, Online Community Specialist at Nixxes.
The team also revealed the system requirements for the PC port, and no surprise, it caters to low-end rigs up to the most powerful PCs of them all.
