PVE open-world survival crafting game Nightingale is welcoming a major new feature for players, as an offline mode is now accessible for those solo players who want to break free from the tethers of pesky servers.
“A big thank you again to everyone who has been jumping into the Realms and exploring the world of Nightingale. We’ve been busy over the last couple of months taking in your feedback and making significant updates to the game,” CEO Aaryn Flynn wrote in an update. “That leads us to one of the most request features: Offline Mode.”
“We’re really pleased we’re able to bring it out just a few months after our initial EA debut and give players more choice in how they experience Nightingale.”
The offline mode is among many other improvements made by the team at Inflexion Games in version 3.0 of Nightingale. This includes the helpful ability to build from storage, so you no longer have to lug every resource needed in order to construct something.
The world will also see more monsters join in the fun, along with apex creatures that are now categorised into three tiers. Obviously, the higher-tiered encounters will reward players with higher-quality drops. Furthermore, new NPCs will be on hand to interact with Realmwalkers, such as the famous Edgar Allan Poe and Joan of Arc, just to name a few.
Finishing their questlines will earn you their admiration and new pieces of gear, which is great now that the game also allows players to adjust their character’s design at any time while trying on their new clothes.
