Stuntman: Hollywood Jurassic World Crossover Finally Revealed
Dodging explosions and pulling off impossible jumps is already dangerous enough. Saber Interactive apparently decided its aspiring stunt drivers also needed dinosaurs to worry about. The developer has officially revealed Jurassic World as the latest blockbuster franchise featured in Stuntman: Hollywood, showing the crossover during the Xbox Gamescom Broadcast.
The new footage gives players their first look at stunt sequences inspired by Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment’s dinosaur franchise, joining an already ridiculous collection of properties that includes Fast & Furious, Back to the Future, Knight Rider, Miami Vice and Death Race.
Interestingly, the Jurassic connection was not entirely secret. Sabre CEO Matt Karch revealed in June that Jurassic content was planned for the game, but explained that the company had been unable to include it in the original State of Play reveal due to restrictions on announcements from the wider franchise.
Jurassic World Turns Stunt Driving Into a Dinosaur Chase
The new trailer shifts Stuntman: Hollywood onto movie sets inspired by Jurassic World, where the usual jumps, drifts and near misses unfold alongside dinosaur encounters.
Players are cast as an up-and-coming Hollywood stunt performer, with each production asking them to hit marks and successfully complete increasingly ambitious driving sequences while everything around them descends into carefully choreographed chaos.
Saber describes the Jurassic World sequences as combining high-speed pursuits and large stunt set pieces with iconic dinosaur effects, turning what would already be a dangerous film shoot into something considerably less predictable. The wider game follows the same structure, with performance across individual sets helping players build their reputation and unlock additional challenges and vehicles.
Back to the Future, Knight Rider and More Are Along for the Ride
Jurassic World is only one part of Saber’s unusual collection of Universal properties. Players can also get behind the wheel of recognisable vehicles such as K.I.T.T. from Knight Rider and the Time Machine from Back to the Future, as well as supercars, muscle cars and motorcycles.
The aim is not simply to race them from one end of a track to another. Each scenario revolves around performing cinematic driving, chaining together jumps, drifts and close calls while hitting the marks expected from a professional stunt performer. It is an approach that brings the central idea of the original Stuntman games into a much larger licensed playground.

Stuntman: Hollywood Still Has No Release Date
Stuntman: Hollywood is currently in development for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC through Steam, with wishlisting already available, and Saber has yet to announce a release date or window.
There are still more licensed productions to be revealed, but Jurassic World may be difficult to top purely in terms of occupational hazards. Dodging traffic is one thing. Trying to hit your mark while something prehistoric is chasing the stunt car is another.
