Sony x Hello Kitty Singapore Collection Starts From S$149

Sony is teaming up with Hello Kitty for a limited-edition collection in Singapore, pairing selected Xperia and headphone models with exclusive merchandise available only through Sony Store channels.

Pre-orders are open now for four collaboration sets, spanning the Xperia 10 VIII smartphone and three wireless headphone models. Prices start at S$149:

  • Xperia 10 VIII Sony x Hello Kitty Collaboration Model: SG$919
  • WH-1000XM6 Sony x Hello Kitty Collaboration Model: SG$609
  • WH-CH730N Sony x Hello Kitty Collaboration Model: SG$249
  • WH-CH530 Sony x Hello Kitty Collaboration Model: SG$149

Sony also now has a dedicated space at its 313@somerset store for the collaboration, where visitors can check out the products and use a themed photo wall. More details on how the collaboration came together are available in the official behind-the-scenes feature.

What Comes With the Collaboration Sets?

Despite the collaboration branding, the Xperia 10 VIII itself does not feature character engraving or printing. Instead, the SG$919 collaboration package includes the phone alongside an exclusive sacoche-style shoulder bag and tote bag.

The three headphone packages follow a similar approach. Buyers receive their chosen WH-1000XM6, WH-CH730N or WH-CH530 together with a store-exclusive pouch and tote bag. That makes these closer to limited merchandise bundles than completely redesigned editions of familiar hardware.

The flagship WH-1000XM6 will probably be the most familiar option for audio enthusiasts, and follows a busy year for the company’s premium headphones that has also included 1000X THE COLLEXION and new additions to the wider 1000X range.

Xperia 10 VIII Launches Alongside the Collaboration

The Xperia 10 VIII itself launches in Singapore on October 6 at a suggested retail price of SG$799, available in Frozen White, Frosted Grey and Misty Lilac. The display is around 50% brighter than the Xperia 10 VII, while upgraded stereo speakers promise stronger bass and overall volume. It also includes Google’s Gemini, Circle to Search and Ask Photos features, alongside a claimed battery life of up to two days.

The Xperia collaboration therefore adds SG$120 over the standard phone’s suggested retail price, with the difference primarily covering the limited merchandise included in the package. All four collaboration sets are available in limited quantities through Sony Store channels in Singapore.
