Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced Macau Tower Activation Opens July 17

Ubisoft is celebrating the launch of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced with a limited-time real-world activation at Skypark Macau Tower by AJ Hackett. The event opens to the public from 11am on July 17 and will run until July 26, giving fans a chance to step into a themed space inspired by Edward Kenway’s pirate adventure.

The activation will feature photo opportunities, a concept art gallery, and replica props based on the game. It is a fitting location for an Assassin’s Creed event. Macau Tower is home to one of the world’s highest commercial bungy jump facilities from a building, giving Ubisoft a playful real-world connection to the series’ famous Leap of Faith imagery.

Fans Can Redeem Exclusive Event Rewards

Visitors will also be able to access several limited event promotions during the activation period. On July 17 only, a dedicated sales and redemption area will be available. Guests who purchase Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced on-site, or present proof of purchase at the event, will be eligible to redeem an exclusive themed merchandise item while stocks last.

There will also be a participation premium available during the event period. Guests who complete an eligible activity at Skypark Macau Tower by AJ Hackett can receive a paper scroll replica titled “Letter for Duncan Walpole”, again while stocks last.

Ubisoft Singapore Leads the Black Flag Remake

Led by Ubisoft Singapore, Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced is a remake of Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag, the 2013 entry widely remembered as one of the franchise’s most beloved adventures.

The remake has been rebuilt from the ground up using the latest Anvil engine. Ubisoft says the new version features updated visuals, improved stealth and parkour, parry-driven combat, deeper naval mechanics, and new narrative content.

Set during the Golden Age of Piracy, the game follows Edward Kenway, a rebellious pirate captain drawn into the centuries-old conflict between the Assassins and Templars. Along the way, he encounters historical figures such as Blackbeard, Anne Bonny, and Calico Jack.

Black Flag Resynced Is Available Now

Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, with over 2 million players already stepping back into the boots of Captain Kenway.

For players in the region, the Macau Tower activation adds a physical celebration to one of Ubisoft’s biggest remake launches of the year. For longtime Black Flag fans, it is also another reminder of how strongly Edward Kenway’s pirate journey continues to resonate more than a decade after its original release.
