Cyberpunk 2077 Arasaka Glasses Join the Gunnar Optiks Collection
If working for one of Night City’s most ruthless megacorporations has somehow remained on the bucket list, Gunnar Optiks has the eyewear to complete the look. The latest addition to its officially licensed CD Projekt Red collaboration takes inspiration from Arasaka, expanding the Cyberpunk 2077 collection with a sharper black-and-red design.
The Arasaka frame uses an angular steel construction finished in Onyx and Katana Red, with relatively restrained references to the corporation rather than covering every available surface in logos. Arasaka emblems are engraved into the metal nose pads, while a red accent runs along the temples.
Visually, it is notably different from the previous releases. The oversized Dex design leaned heavily into Night City’s extravagant fashion, while the Cyberpunk 2077 Militech glasses went in the opposite direction with its high-wrap, military-inspired profile. The Arasaka lands somewhere between the two, borrowing more from the corporation’s executives and security operatives.
Arasaka Comes With Amber and Sun Lens Options
This is still functional eyewear underneath all the corpo branding. The Arasaka model is available with the company’s Amber Gunnar-Focus lenses or Sun Neutral-Focus lenses. Both use the company’s patented lens technology and G-Shield Plus coating, with anti-reflective and smudge-resistant properties alongside blue-light filtering and 100% UV protection.

Flexible spring hinges are also included, while the steel frame adopts a more conventional glasses silhouette than the shield-style Dex and Militech designs. Each pair arrives with suitably themed collector extras, including an Arasaka-branded metal case, microfiber pouch and dual-sided cleaning cloth, alongside a 12-month warranty.
The US$99 price also puts it alongside Militech and below the US$125 Dex, giving the three Cyberpunk 2077 designs considerably different looks without a particularly large gap between them.
Building Out Its Gaming Collaborations
The new Arasaka frame adds another entry to a licensing portfolio that has become an increasingly substantial part of Gunnar Optiks’ range. CD Projekt Red has been an especially visible partner. Beyond Cyberpunk 2077, the company previously produced The Witcher glasses inspired by Geralt and Ciri, while its broader slate has covered everything from Fallout and Borderlands to Overwatch.
With Dex, Militech and now Arasaka, however, the Cyberpunk 2077 range is starting to resemble a small tour through Night City’s competing personalities. Whether siding with Arasaka is a sensible career decision remains another question entirely.
