The Walking Dead: Streets of Survival Brings All Out War to PC and Consoles
Trailmark Games and AMC Global Media have announced The Walking Dead: Streets of Survival, a new single-player arcade beat ’em up set in the world of AMC’s The Walking Dead.
Developed by Odaclick Game Studio, the game is currently planned for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam. A release date has not been announced yet, but players can try an early demo on Steam now.
The Walking Dead: Streets of Survival lets players take control of familiar survivors, including Rick Grimes, Daryl Dixon, and Michonne, with each character bringing their own combat style, stats, and signature abilities to the fight.
The Steam Demo Is Available Now
The biggest immediate news is that The Walking Dead: Streets of Survival already has a playable demo available on Steam. That gives players an early look at how Trailmark and Odaclick are translating AMC’s long-running survival drama into an old-school brawler.
Rather than taking the series in another open-world or narrative-adventure direction, Streets of Survival leans into side-scrolling action, retro pixel art, and a repeatable arcade challenge. The demo should also help set expectations. This is not being pitched as a sprawling survival sim, but is a focused, action-driven take on The Walking Dead, built around crowd control, character mastery, and familiar locations from the television series.
All Out War Gets Reimagined
The campaign is based on the All Out War storyline, one of The Walking Dead’s most recognisable conflicts. That arc sees Rick and his allies clash with Negan and the Saviors, and the game reworks that material into a more direct arcade structure. Players will fight through locations including the Sanctuary, Hilltop, Alexandria, and other environments pulled from the world of the show.
The setup makes sense for a beat ’em up. All Out War naturally lends itself to escalating enemy encounters, recognisable bosses, and high-pressure set pieces, giving The Walking Dead: Streets of Survival a clear narrative backbone without needing to retell the show beat for beat.
Arcade Combat Meets Familiar Survivors
The Walking Dead: Streets of Survival is built around fast melee combat, ranged attacks, finishers, and character-specific movesets. Each survivor is designed to feel distinct, encouraging players to learn their strengths across multiple difficulty levels. The game will also include an optional Easy Mode for players who want a more casual run through the campaign.
Boss fights will feature both Saviors and recognisable walkers from the series, including Winslow and the Well Walker. Negan and Simon will also appear as major encounters, with multi-phase battles designed to test timing, positioning, and survival instincts.

Trailmark Games Begins With a Major Licence
Streets of Survival is also the first of several planned announcements from new publisher Trailmark Games. Starting with The Walking Dead is a bold first move as the franchise has seen many game adaptations over the years, but an arcade-style brawler gives AMC’s world a different kind of energy, especially for players who want something more immediately action-focused.
For now, the Steam demo will do much of the talking. If Streets of Survival can make its characters feel distinct, and its repeat runs worthwhile, it could offer The Walking Dead fans a straightforward yet satisfying way to return to the All Out War era.
The Walking Dead: Streets of Survival is coming soon to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.
