Toei Games Gamescom Asia 2026 Lineup Brings Three Playable Demos

Toei Games, the games business brand of Toei Company, will debut at Gamescom Asia x Thailand Game Show 2026 with three playable titles when the event heads to Bangkok later this month.

Visitors can try the latest demo builds of KILLA, HINO, and DEBUG NEPHEMEE from October 29 to November 1, with all three currently in development for PC via Steam. The appearance is part of Toei Games’ wider push beyond Japan, with the company specifically aiming to build awareness among Southeast Asian players, media, and industry partners.

The announcement adds another publisher to an increasingly busy Bangkok lineup, alongside Capcom’s sizeable showcase and 4Divinity’s five-game presence at the event.

KILLA, HINO and DEBUG NEPHEMEE Will All Be Playable

KILLA comes from Black Tangerine, with Toei Games publishing alongside the developer. The mystery-focused adventure follows Valhalla as she investigates her Master’s murder, with nine suspects all sharing the name “La”. Players dig through memories and piece together clues as the investigation unfolds.

HINO, meanwhile, is being developed by UnGloomStudio and takes a darker 2D action-adventure approach. The game follows Hino and the white Monimoni Skeleton through a world where natural light has disappeared, and monsters have taken over. The title is also currently participating in Steam Next Fest, giving PC players another opportunity to try it before the Bangkok show.

Rounding out the lineup is DEBUG NEPHEMEE from Nephemee Studio, an adventure built around exploring a world corrupted by “Bugs”. Its combat leans into multitasking, asking players to manage several different actions across four screens while attempting to debug afflicted Nephemee.

All three projects are part of Toei Games’ current lineup, and the company is using the event to put its emerging portfolio directly in front of players outside Japan.

Toei Games Is Looking Further Into Southeast Asia

The games themselves are the immediate draw, but Toei Games is also treating its first Gamescom Asia x Thailand Game Show appearance as part of a broader international expansion.

Bangkok gives the company a chance to meet players and business partners across Southeast Asia while building recognition for a games portfolio still early in its life. The announcement lists no release dates for the three titles, making the playable demos the main opportunity for attendees to see where each project stands.

Gamescom Asia x Thailand Game Show 2026 runs from October 29 to November 1 in Bangkok.
