Fans of action-packed Soulslike games have had it good for quite some time now, and as we move towards the second half of 2025, it is no different. 505 Games and Leenzee Games have finally announced the release date for Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, with the hardcore RPG coming on July 24.
Set to launch on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC, the game will see players enter a world inspired by Ming Dynasty folklore and ancient Chinese mythology. Playing as the mysterious Wuchang, you will seek to unearth secrets, battle monstrous enemies and try to save yourself from the ever-worsening feathering disease.
Alongside the news is another trailer, this time featuring a battle against Fang Ling, the Perfect Bride. As with other showcases so far, swift and powerful attacks are the norm from both sides, and there is even magic to tap into if that’s your fancy. The team has confirmed that magic can figure heavily in builds if that’s the player’s preference, with 40 spells to consider in addition to 25 different weapons.
Wuchang: Fallen Feathers Pre-Orders
The teams have also taken the opportunity to showcase the pre-order goodies that await early adopters. For a start, players who pre-order Wuchang: Fallen Feathers will gain access to the Night & White Pack:
