ASUS ROG Partners Kojima Productions for Striking Ludens-Themed Gaming Gear

Kojima Productions Takes ASUS Collaboration to the Next Level

Few studios understand brand collaborations as well as Kojima Productions. Long before Death Stranding reached players, the studio had already proven its ability to turn creative partnerships into cultural moments. Following the strong reception of Death Stranding 2, Kojima Productions is now pushing that strategy even further by stepping into the gaming hardware space.

This time, the studio has partnered with ASUS Republic of Gamers to launch a complete line of co-branded devices and accessories, blending high-end PC hardware with the studio’s unmistakable visual identity.

ROG Flow Z13-KJP Brings Ludens to Gaming Hardware

The centrepiece of the collaboration is the ROG Flow Z13-KJP, a 2-in-1 gaming tablet designed around Ludens, the iconic mascot of Kojima Productions. Visually, it stands apart from standard ROG products, leaning heavily into the studio’s signature sci-fi aesthetic.

The collaboration goes beyond simple branding. Acclaimed artist Yoji Shinkawa was directly involved in the design process, lending the device a level of authenticity rarely seen in hardware tie-ins. His influence is also evident in the custom carrying case, which features original artwork created specifically for this edition.

The ROG Delta II-KJP headset features 50mm titanium-plated drivers that deliver 24-bit/96kHz high-resolution audio and is compatible with console-specific features such as the PS5’s Tempest 3D audio, as for usage, users can look forward to a 110-hour battery life.

Similarly, the ROG Keris II Origin-KJP maintains the collection’s colour scheme and offers 42K DPI with an AimPoint Pro optical sensor, up to 8,000 Hz polling, three-zone RGB lighting, and other features.

Each accessory incorporates visual motifs inspired by Kojima Productions’ design language, reinforcing the sense that this is a cohesive hardware ecosystem rather than a one-off collaboration.

Release Window and What Comes Next

ASUS has not yet shared pricing details for the Kojima Productions collaboration lineup. However, the company has confirmed that all products are scheduled for release in Q1 2026.
