Alien Rogue Incursion Leaves Vr Behind with Evolved Edition for Ps5 and Pc

The way virtual reality has changed how we experience things is significant. The level of immersion is hard to replicate, but it also brings limits in terms of accessibility. Hardware is a concern, and so is pricing. For those who have missed out on Alien: Rogue Incursion – Part One the first time around, Survios is currently developing a console and PC version of the action-horror title.

The previously VR-exclusive shooter will launch as Alien: Rogue Incursion – Part One: Evolved Edition on PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam on September 30. The new versions of the game will feature even deadlier Xenomorphs and enhanced visuals, and the developers will share more details in the coming months.

“As a team that truly loves Alien, we’re incredibly proud of the immersive original story we’ve told with Alien: Rogue Incursion,” TQ Jefferson, chief product officer at Survios said. “Following our great start on VR platforms, we’re excited to bring the Evolved Edition to PC and PS5 later this year so that fans of Alien can experience Zula’s journey wherever they prefer to play.”

Set in the Alien universe, Alien: Rogue Incursion – Part One sees players suit up as rogue Colonial Marine Zula Hendricks on a mission to the planet Purdan (LV-354) in search of a former squadmate. After a sudden attack, Zula and her Synthetic companion, Davis 01, find themselves in Gemini Exoplanet Solutions’ hauntingly desolate Castor’s Cradle research facility.

Survival against the Xenomorphs requires high-tech gear, and players can get their hands on the likes of the Pulse Rifle and Motion Tracker. Exploring the facility will uncover more dangers and mysteries, as you seek to find out just what happened to the people who called the Cradle home.

Alien: Rogue Incursion – Part One: Evolved Edition will launch on PS5 and PC this September 30. The VR version of the game is already available on PS VR2, PC VR, and on Meta Quest 3 and 3S.
