Kaiju Cleaner Simulator Highlights First-Person Dissection and Co-op Chaos
Indie developer One More Time and Spaghetti Cat have revealed Kaiju Cleaner Simulator alongside a debut trailer, offering the first deep dive into its grisly yet comical co-op gameplay. Where most kaiju games focus on destruction, this one celebrates what comes after: the hard-working crew tasked with cleaning up the mess.
First Look at Grimy Co-op Chaos
The trailer opens with a grim cityscape littered with the remains of giant monsters, setting the stage for an unexpectedly hilarious clean-up operation. Players step into the boots of hazmat-suited professionals armed with scalpels, saws, and industrial-grade vacuums to dissect, extract, and sanitise the aftermath of kaiju warfare.
Unlike the sterile precision of PowerWash Simulator, this one’s all about the noise and mess. Limbs must be carved apart, organs collected for recycling, and toxins carefully neutralised — all in first-person, with a surprising amount of detail.

A Team Effort in Monster Management
The trailer highlights the game’s 1–4 player co-op mode, where each member of the clean-up crew takes on a different role. One operates cranes and heavy loaders, another slices through remains, while others handle containment and waste disposal.
Mistakes happen often, and spectacularly. A misplaced saw or an unstable chemical mix can turn an already grim task into full-blown comedy, underscoring the game’s tone as both dark and absurd.
Turning Carnage into Comedy
“After watching Kaiju No. 8, we thought maybe being a kaiju cleaner is even tougher than being their exterminator,” said the team at One More Time. “Our game is for those unafraid to get their hands dirty and turn chaos into fun.”
It’s an approach that clearly resonates through the trailer. Between unexpected monster biology, environmental hazards, and slapstick physics, Kaiju Cleaner Simulator looks to strike a balance between gritty immersion and unhinged humour.
Players can now wishlist Kaiju Cleaner Simulator on Steam, with a playtest scheduled for early 2026.
While the trailer doesn’t yet confirm a final release window, it’s already shaping up to be one of the most original co-op concepts on the horizon, albeit one that is competing with a similar game in Kaiju Cleanup. Seems like the battle of the beasts extends beyond the monsters, and we are here for it.
