Pokémon Presents 2025 - Pokémon Legends Z-a First Look & Everything Announced

With Pokémon Day 2025 upon us, that means that fans of the pocket monsters are getting a bucketload of information via the new Pokémon Presents showcase. This includes the first proper look at Pokémon Legends: Z-A, the multiplayer experience Pokémon Champions, more trading card game goodness, and more.

Pokémon Presents 2025

Pokémon Legends: Z-A

Set to launch in late 2025, Pokémon Legends: Z-A will bring players back to Lumoise City of X and Y fame while integrating some of the ideas of Pokémon Legends: Arceus. That means open world battling and capturing, with turn-based battles now including real-time actions. For those excited about the starters, Pokémon Legends: Z-A will feature Chikorita, Tepig, and Totodile as your cross-generational choices.

Pokémon Champions

If battles are your thing, then Pokémon Champions should be on your radar. Trainers from around the world can come together to pit their skills against each other via the Nintendo Switch or on mobile, and there is even connectivity with Pokémon Home to unite all your favourites. Game Freak will be working with Pokémon Works to develop Pokémon Champions.

Pokémon TCG Pocket

A fourth expansion comes to Pokémon TCG Pocket, with Triumphant Light now available. That means having Arceus ex and others to chase down and add to the collection, together with more creatures with unique Link Abilities.

Pokémon Unite

As for those into the MOBA scene, Pokémon Unite will be getting expanded rosters in 2025, with Suicine joining on March 1. That will be followed by Alolan Raichu (April) and Alcremie after that.

Pokémon Masters EX

Pokémon Masters EX is about to get even better, as Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre join the party. There are also two new Master Sync Pairs who will be appearing: May (Champion) and Kyogre, and Brendan (Champion) and Groudon for the five and half years anniversary celebration.

Pokémon Sleep

If you have been catching up on your sleep with the help of Pokémon Sleep, watch out for the Cresselia vs. Darkrai event in March.

Pokémon Concierge

This September will also see new episodes of Pokémon Concierge, with even more monsters appearing on the Netflix show.

Pokémon Café Remix

Last but not least, puzzle title Pokémon Cafe Remix will soon welcome an apple-themed menu, along with Flapple, Appletun, Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly in new cute outfits.
