Jabra Evolve3 Targets Cleaner Calls Without the Office Headset Look
Jabra has launched the Evolve3 headset series in Singapore, positioning it as its most advanced professional headset line yet for hybrid work. The key design shift is practical and aesthetic: a discreet boomless build that still aims for clear speech pickup in noisy spaces, using AI-driven multi-microphone processing rather than a visible mic arm.
For people who bounce between calls, voice chat, and content work, sound quality is often the bottleneck, and Evolve3 is being built to prioritise voice clarity for the person on the other end of the call.
ClearVoice Uses DNN Voice Isolation
At the core of Evolve3 is Jabra ClearVoice, powered by a deep neural network trained on large volumes of real-world speech. The goal is to isolate the user’s voice from surrounding noise, keeping speech intelligible in open offices, cafés, or shared spaces without requiring a boom microphone.
The headset also includes Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation, which adjusts in real time based on the environment and fit. Importantly, Jabra positions ANC as active during calls, not only for music listening, which is often where cheaper headsets fall short.
Comfort, Battery, and Platform Fit
The Evolve3 is designed as a long-session headset with Spatial Sound for more natural call positioning and a battery claim of up to 37 hours, with fast charging that delivers substantial usage from a short top-up.

Both models support secure Bluetooth Low Energy with Google Fast Pair, and do not require a dongle. For organisations, Evolve3 is also pitched as “built for business” with UC-certified variants and software support through the Jabra Plus app for configuration, firmware updates, and audio customisation.
Two Models, Two Wear Styles
The line launches in two variants:
- Evolve3 85 (over-ear): designed for maximum immersion and stronger isolation, with a foldable build and travel case.
- Evolve3 75 (on-ear): lighter and more breathable, pitched for users who prefer more situational awareness and portability.
PanaCast Room Kit Also Announced for Q2
Alongside the headset launch, Jabra also highlighted the PanaCast Room Kit, a modular meeting-room solution expected to be available locally in Q2 2026.
It pairs the PanaCast 55 VBS video bar with an extension SpeakerMic and multi-camera speaker tracking for larger room coverage. It is a separate play, but it reinforces Jabra’s broader point: consistent comms quality across desk and meeting room.
