Win This Charity Auction & Become an Npc in the Elder Scrolls Vi

As one of the most highly anticipated roleplaying games to come, the lack of news regarding The Elder Scrolls VI from Bethesda has left many fans disappointed. Sure, the studio has not exactly been doing nothing, pushing out Starfield recently, but it doesn’t make the wait any easier. With this in mind, Bethesda is putting together an opportunity of a lifetime for those intensely into The Elder Scrolls series and doing its part for charity.

As part of a partnership with the Make-A-Wish foundation, Bethesda is giving you the chance to be immortalised as a non-playable character in The Elder Scrolls VI. Now, that’s not something that gets to happen every day, but the catch is that you will have to be the winner of this charity auction.

As of writing, the current bid for the silent auction stands at US$11,650, and even for charity, that is a steep sum to pay for any player. You also have to be residing in the United States to be eligible.

“For the last several years, we have been lucky enough to work with Make-A-Wish to grant wishes, support some of their local events, and provide items and experiences, all to benefit children who are fighting life-threatening illnesses,” explained Bethesda in its blog post.

“This year, for their Silent Auction we are giving one winner the opportunity to work with Bethesda Game Studios to create a character to appear as an NPC in The Elder Scrolls VI. All of the money made from the auction goes directly to Make-A-Wish.”

Perhaps the person making the highest donation will get his or her chance to see the progress being made on The Elder Scrolls VI before anyone else. When and how that will happen is still to be clarified, but here’s hoping that if this is in the works, then we might actually get more news about the game later this year.
