Early Access Begins for Bloodletter in March 2026

Berlin-based studio ALDAMAMI Games has announced that its medieval-inspired strategy deck builder Bloodletter will launch in Early Access for PC on March 31, 2026.

Ahead of release, players can try an updated free demo which introduces improved visuals, new card effects, reworked loss conditions, and several refinements based on early community feedback. The studio has also released a new animated cutscene as part of the update.

A Meaningful Milestone for the Studio

The team at ALDAMAMI Games says it is excited to share this progress with its growing community. The developers thanked players for their earlier feedback, noting that it has already influenced balance tweaks and design changes. The studio also encouraged further input as Bloodletter moves closer to Early Access.

A Strategy Deck Builder Steeped in Medieval Lore

Bloodletter blends strategic deck building with the atmosphere of medieval superstition, traditional healing practices, and tarot symbolism. Players build a personalised deck to heal villagers who are afflicted by dark entities, restoring both their bodies and their minds.

Villagers can offer unique abilities that complement available healing methods, creating a layer of tactical decision-making that evolves throughout the game.

Day and Night Cycles Shape Each Encounter

The game functions on a rotating day and night cycle. During the day, players heal villagers, strengthen their deck, and prepare for the next wave of corruption. At night, the entity spreads its influence, creating new challenges for the following day. This rhythm creates a natural progression loop that balances strategy, pressure, and adaptation.
